This is a warning that the number of signatures stored in the database is approaching the limit allowed by the licence

Cause

The number of signatures stored in the database is between 95% and 100% of the number allowed by the currently installed licence.

Action

If the number of signatures is likely to increase more, purchase and install a new licence that includes enough signatures to contain the expected new maximum value.
