Checkstock view

In the Checkstock view, the user can maintain the list of suspect stock images.

The list of suspect stock images can be filtered by BNO and Document Id in the Filter section. The BNO filter entry ‘*’ means do not filter by bank number. If you don’t want to filter the stock images by document id, leave the Document Id field empty. The filter settings can be cleared by clicking the Reset button.

To create a new entry click Add and choose the corresponding stock image from file system. The actions Add, Edit and Remove are also available in context menu (right mouse click). Clicking Add or Edit opens a new dialog where you can enter the details of a Reset Point.

 

 

When an image file is selected by clicking Open the Blacklist Stock Image dialog is opened.

From the BNO selection box you can choose a bank number to which the suspect stock image belongs. Also you can enter the Document Id for this stock image.

To zoom the stock image, the dialog can be resized by mouse drag.

By clicking OK, the blacklist entry is created and the main view is displayed again. To leave the dialog without creating a new blacklist entry, click Cancel.

To Edit a suspect stock image, double click the corresponding line and change the data in the Blacklist Stock Image dialog.

If you want to delete the selected entry, click Remove.

 

Note

The actions Add, Edit and Remove are also available via context menu (right mouse click).

Changed entries are displayed different in the blacklist (e.g. BNO: 001*).

 

To store all changes in the database, click Apply.

Throw away all changes that are not saved yet by clicking Cancel.
