A click on this icon 
loads a view with a search field where the user name can be filled in.
Below this field is a checkbox that enables searching through all BNOs. It is "unchecked" by default, which means that only the current BNO is considered.
After submitting, the Status SignCheck is loaded, but only the status of documents the requested user decided on is displayed.
