After preparing the request with the required data you can click the Submit button to send the verification request to the server. Before sending the request the web server verifies the correctness of the data. If data is missing or incorrect an appropriate message is presented to the user. The focus is set to the (first) field that caused the validation error.

The Reset button clears all entries, if you want to restart the Check Verification process.
