This hint will only be displayed if one of the following prerequisites is given:

•There is no rule specified for the signatory

•There is no rule specified for the signatory referring to the loaded account

•There is a no right rule specified for the signatory.
If this rule is time-limited and valid for the current query date, other existing rules will also be displayed.
If the "No Right" rule is not limited, other rules will not be displayed but the complex indicator will be shown.
