Get Specific is a procedure to load a specific document directly, similar to the Document Search Field.
Therefore, you can select the queue and BNO with the corresponding pulldown-menus. Below these select boxes there is the actual search field. Here, a proper document reference number must be filled in to have the document displayed in the next view.
If a document with the entered reference number doesn’t exist, an error message will be displayed and Get Specific is loaded again.
