The colour of the status bar depends on the current status of the customer / account. The colours are used as following:

•White on blue:
This customer / account has no restriction and automatic signature verification (ASV) is enabled.

•Red on yellow:
There is a restriction present or automatic signature verification (ASV) is disabled for this customer / account.

•Blue on white:
The customer / account is an external customer / account.
