Cancel closes the dialog without searching for an account.

If a date prior to the current date is entered in the Date field, the list of authorized signatories displayed is the one valid on the date given (historized signatories list).

The Search button begins the search, and the account is shown immediately, as long as there is only one account corresponding to the search criteria entered.  If there is more than one account matching the search criteria a list of all accounts is shown giving the user the possibility to select the appropriate one.

A screenshot showing a list of signatories and a description of the colour coding can be found in the chapter Graphical User Interface.

When working in SignInfo mode all mask sets that are defined for images of the found customer will be loaded automatically (see also Load Mask Sets).

In all methods of searching for accounts, a radio button permits selection of only active accounts or only closed accounts.

Note Depending on the amount of data, the search-process can take a very long time.
