This allows a specified section to be extracted from an image. This will not be enabled either a mask has been selected or an area has been selected from the image. After the masking has been selected you will be asked:

•if a new account attachment is to be created based on the masked selection

•if a new signatory is to be created

•if an existing and currently selected signatory is to be replaced

•if a new stock image is to be created based on the masked selection

 

 

When selecting option 1 you can also select whether to do a background cleaning or not. With background cleaning turned on a new image will appear afterwards containing on the masked selection(s) and any white space which may have been removed. The white space is the area not within a mask selection but within the remaining image.

When selecting option 2, 3 or 4 the background cleaning will always be done.

Note It is only possible to select the options New Signatory or Replace Signature of current Signatory when only one mask is selected.

When selecting option 1 a SignInfo dialog is displayed where it is possible to enter the account attachment’s details.

 

 

If there is currently no customer or account loaded it is also possible to specify the customer and/or account this account attachment belongs to. The specified customer/account is loaded automatically after the user has finished the dialog.

 

 

By clicking Cancel no account attachment will be created.

When selecting option 4 a stock image details dialog is displayed where it is possible to enter the details data. By clicking Cancel no stock image will be created.
