To request documents from the Archive Interface Server use this menu item. The next available document is loaded from the Archive Server. If no document is available the user will see a popup dialog. Otherwise a new customer / account is built from the document and inserted into the workspace. If the customer / account already exists in the database data will be merged due to the update flag of the document. If no update flag is given within the document the default update mode (configured on client side) will be used to merge the data.

After the import process the user can review the customer / account data and save the new data to the database.
