In this dialog you can select if you want statistics for all BNOs or only for the selected BNO.

The user, for which the statistics will be shown, default is the current user, can be selected as desired. This can also be modified. If this field remains empty, the statistics from all users which made at least one decision will be displayed.

 

 

If All BNOs is enabled, there will be an individual statistic for every BNO and also a summary of all BNOs created.

All BNO statistics contain all users which have made at least one decision for this BNO. The column Total contains all decisions of the current user in all queues of the concerned BNO.

Subsequently, the decisions are classified on the individual queues. In each BNO-statistic all queues are listed, for which decisions were made. So it can occur that a queue column for all users shows 0 decisions.
