With this dialog it is possible to copy selected signatories from a customer to another customer. The dialog is only accessible, if a customer is currently loaded.

In the upper left part of the dialog it is possible to type in the customer number and the bank code of the customer, the signatories are to be copied. Below this there is a list with the names of the signatories available for the current customer. All signatories and unbound variants are shown. Bound variants are not shown, because they will be copied automatically. Variants bound to two signatories will only be copied, if both of the signatories are selected.

With the Add-/Remove-Buttons it is possible to select the signatories that should be copied to another customer. They will be displayed in the list on the right side of the dialog. Selection and de-selection are also possible by double clicking a signatory or by pressing the space bar.

It is possible to get a preview of the signature of a signatory. After selecting the check box for Signature Preview, a window in the upper right part of the dialog appears. The signature will be displayed, when only one signatory is selected.

The OK button of the dialog will be enabled, if a valid customer number / bank code is given and at least one signatory is selected. After confirmation of the dialog with the OK button, the request will be sent to the server. A popup dialog rises showing the user whether the action was finished successfully or not. After confirmation the dialog is closed if the action was successfully carried out. In case of the occurrence of an error (e.g. the customer with the given number does not exist), you can proceed within this dialog.

Note It is only possible to copy signatories if the workspace has been saved or if no changes have been made to the customer / account.
