To compare the signature against the SignBase reference you have to select the menu

SignDoc > Unlock / authenticate > Compare against SignBase

or press the appropriate icon in the SignDoc toolbar (for more information please see SignDoc / SignBase description in the SignDoc Help)

Verification dialog will be opened and you will see the currently selected signature from the document which will be used for the verification process.

 

 

Before the verification process starts you have to specify following data:

•Customer – No

•Account – No

•Amount (default amount is 1 EUR)

•Transaction Identifier

•Visual Verification Enabled

The field account – number is a mandatory field and you have to specify at least a valid account number to make verification process possible. When the account number is specified you may press Verify button to get the verification result.

If account – number is not unique the message informing that you have to specify also the customer – number will be displayed.

In case the specified account number does not exist the appropriate message will be shown.

By selecting Back button the process of verification will be cancelled and you will get back to the Selection dialog.
