In the fourth column the signature images of the signatories will be displayed.

A red X in this column means that there was no signature captured for the signatory.

If three dots are displayed a signature is stored for the signatory but the signature was not loaded from database yet. It is possible to load this signature via the menu items in the main menu and the popup menu of this column. Signatures are loaded automatically when opening the dialogs for displaying/editing the signatory data or the dialog to display the signature itself.

If the string 'Error' appears in this field it means that there is something wrong with the signature data itself in the database and it is not possible to display the image correctly.

It is possible to enlarge the signature by either double clicking the signature with the mouse or select 'display signature' after a single click with the right mouse button. A double click on the image will get you back to the signatory list. You can also get back with a right click and then select 'back'.
