Column 3 - Signing Power to the Signatory

In the third column up to 6 signing rules to the signatory will be displayed. If more than 6 rules are present for one signatory, a double click will open an extra dialog that will display all signing rules to the signatory.

Note In general only signing rules referring to the date which was specified in the search panel will be shown.

The first row of column 3 is reserved for status information to the signatory. The status information consists of a no rule indicator and a complex indicator.

Loading an account when using the customer oriented data model will only display rules that refer to the loaded account or rules which are not restricted to a specific account.

No Right Indicator

The no right indicator will only be displayed if one of the following prerequisites is given:

There is no rule specified for the signatory

There is no rule specified for the signatory referring to the loaded account

There is a no right rule specified for the signatory. If this rule is time-limited, other existing rules will also be displayed. If the ‘no right rule' is not limited, other rules will not be displayed but the complex indicator will be shown

Complex-Indicators

The complex indicator will be shown, if one of the following situations appears:

More rules are specified to a signatory as the max. number of rules that can be displayed

The signatory has at least one rule that is not valid at the day the inquiry was run against.

An unlimited No Right is specified. Any additional rule will not be displayed when an unlimited No Right is in force.

Display of rules

Currency and corresponding amount

Groups and signatories for whom the rules also apply

Account to which the rule is restricted to (only if the custom oriented data model is being used and if the signatory list according to the customer is loaded)

This indicator is shown only if the user works in customer oriented mode and no accounts are currently selected. If there is an account selected the restriction indicator for this account is shown in the status bar.
