Audit Compare

This dialog provides the capability to compare the status of the loaded customer / account against the same customer's / account‘s status at a given date (or date and time). It is accessible only if the current user has SignBase Audit rights and if a customer / account have already been loaded into SignBase.

It can be closed at any time using the Cancel button.

Within this dialog the date (or date and time) of the customer's / account's status can be specified which will be used for comparison.

There are three modes to specify date or date and time:

If the actual loaded status is to be compared against the last verified status of the customer / account, the LastVerified Checkbox can be used to get the corresponding date and time.

If only a date is needed, this date can be simply typed in.

If the time is needed in addition, the button From List can be used to select any date / time of a change made to the actual customer / account.
This dialog works exactly as the Audit Search dialog, with only one difference:
As soon as the list of changes is displayed within this dialog, the Select button can be used to pass the date and time selected to the Audit Compare dialog.

After the date (or date and time) has been specified using any of the described methods, the Compare button can be used to display the result.

This data view displays the results comparing the status of the customer / account that is actually loaded against the same customer's / account‘s status at the selected date (or date and time). It contains two tables:

The upper one displays an overview of the compare results for all business objects belonging to the loaded customer / account.

The lower table displays the detailed compare results of the selected item in the upper table.

By selecting an item of the overview table, the lower table will display the details corresponding to the selected item of the overview table.
