In this dialog, signature variants can be assigned to the applicable authorized persons (maximum of two).

The variants are listed in the upper part of this dialog. The signatories can be seen in the lower part. All signatories are displayed in both the left and the right columns.

The following procedure is used to assign a variant to a signatory:

•Select variants in the upper monitor part

•Mark the signatories in the left column.
If a variant should be assigned to two different persons, one is selected in the left column, the other in the right

•Variants cannot be assigned to historized signatories

•An assignment can be removed again by selecting the signatories X in both lower columns

Since client release 3.5.22 it is possible to replace the signatory's signature with the signature of the variant. For this feature the property EnableVariantToReferenceAssignment in custom.properties has to be set to 1. Since it is enabled the user gets buttons to assign and unbind variants as well as a button to replace the signatory's signature with the variants one. In latter case the variant is deleted automatically to avoid twin signatures in signatory list.

The assignment has to be confirmed by pressing the OK button. Clicking the Cancel button will leave this dialogue without any changes.
