This dialog displays status information of the Archive Interface Server and statistic information as well. The data is displayed in two panels. The user can switch easily between the panels by just clicking the appropriate tabulator. The data is loaded from the AIS on first access of the panel automatically. An explicit refresh of the information can be forced by pressing the Refresh button.

Usually the data in the status panel is displayed only for the BNO the current user is working on. The following information is shown:

•BNO - the BNO

•Skipped - the number of documents sent to a client but not processed

•InUse - the number of documents user currently work on

•Done - the number of processed documents

•NotProcessed - the number of documents not processed yet

•Total - summary of processed documents, not processed documents and documents in process

 

 

The data of the statistics panel is usually displayed for the current user only except the user has administration rights. In latter case information for all users currently working with the AIS is transmitted. The following information is shown:

•Operator- the user ID

•Done- the number of documents finished by the user

•SCNHrs- the time in hours the operator needed to process the documents

•Scn/Hrs- the number of documents processed per hour
